- Description
A supportive group for people who are feeling stressed and in need of some outdoor time. You’ll meet friendly people in a safe space and learn some handy gardening skills.
Allow gardening to relieve your mild and moderate mental health worries, or the stress that goes with ADHD and autism. Growing plants for both food and flowers. Find out how to be kind to the wildlife in your garden. Share time with other people and sense how being outside, learning and active can make you feel better.
We are fully inclusive and have accessible raised beds, indoor (if wet weather) and outdoor working spaces, tea and coffee making facilities.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, as it can get muddy.
