A supportive group for those living with dementia and their carers, enhancing wellbeing and connection while exploring creativity together through art, crafts and gardening.

Come and share meaningful moments together while building supportive new friendships. In a relaxed and friendly environment, we will explore mindful and sensory activities both through art and gardening. Enjoy a space where today’s life experiences can be shared safely. Develop your self-expression and learn new skills to find a sense of wellbeing, with a dose of fun.

We will try various crafts from upcycling to collage and you can focus on what inspires you most, including restoring the Reflection Garden if gardening takes your fancy. Celebrating the beauty of imperfection!
