Look at photography from a different angle. Learn what makes a photograph stand out from the others. Understand the ‘rules’ and experiment with breaking them. This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in photography. You can use any device on which you can take images.

Together we will cover all aspects of photography. We’ll explore what makes an image stand out: including lighting, style, ambiance, angles and composition. We will also work through the technical camera settings to enable you to understand and control manual mode, f’stops and ISO's.

We will look at photography styles to emulate them and then experiment with mistakes by embracing errors. 

The aim is to help you challenge your fears, appreciate the beauty of this medium and gain confidence in your photography.
